All candidates must possess at minimum a four year degree from an accredited academic institution

All candidates must have three years minimum post graduate professional experience as an employee or head of own company

All candidates must be able to access the classroom two nights a week (Tuesday and Thursday). There may be a rare Wednesday night class.

All application fields must be completed with career history included.

Real estate experience is not necessary to apply for REAP. The program is designed to introduce you to the world of commercial real estate and the leaders who drive the industry.

All candidate resumes will go through a screening process. Selected candidates will then be interviewed by members of the REAP advisory council.

Selected candidates will also submit two multiple choice exams which will be used to help the interviewers determine final class.

Each member of the final class must pay the tuition of $500.00 two weeks before the program begins.
