Our Framework
Like many non-profits, Project REAP adjusted its programming model to meet challenges as a result of the COVID-19 global pandemic. Through this process, we discovered new possibilities to fulfill our mission of advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the commercial real estate industry.
With the significant impacts of COVID now behind us, we are reimagining REAP’s future. As a part of the transition, we will not run a fall 2022 academy and will relaunch the academy in spring 2023 using a hybrid model. In addition, we will build upon and expand our program framework to include the following:
The Academy: a hybrid model with seven weeks of virtual and three weeks of in-person engagement across current REAP markets. The program will continue to offer a virtual-only option
Advanced Learning: professional development programming designed to cultivate and expand opportunities for REAP alumni
Events: local and regional networking events designed to connect sponsors and REAP alumni to expand business and career opportunities
Thought Leadership: showcase the thought leadership of our alumni through REAP's digital platforms
