About the Role:

What you'll do: Maintain and manage monthly and quarterly geotechnical safety readings through instrumentation and Excel data entry. Coordinate annual safety inspections across tenant facilities and common areas, including mapping and documentation of each inspection area. Perform manual scaling of ceilings and coordinate with maintenance staff as needed. Maintain communication with the mining consultant during site visits, work alongside geotechnical project contractors, implement safety programs as directed, and assist with general maintenance assignments.
What you'll need: 2+ years of experience in a maintenance technician role, preferably in an underground or industrial environment. Familiarity with geotechnical safety readings, safety inspections and audits, and state compliance requirements is preferred. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed inspection records; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required, AutoCAD skills a plus. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to pass a government background check.
