    About the Role:

    The Leasing Analyst supports the Senior Leasing Manager(s) with a range of analytical duties, including drafting Deal Approval Sheets, assisting with the annual budget/forecast process, reviewing TI bids, performing sell/hold analyses, evaluating market trends, and following up on contractor/commission payments. The Analyst may also support the MD, Region Head on special projects and will occasionally coordinate with the operations team in Fort Washington, PA.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform lease analyses (comparative, restructure, sale/leaseback, built-to-suit)

    • Review and coordinate execution of asset management-related contracts

    • Participate in the annual budget and quarterly reforecast process

    Qualifications:

    ​

    What you'll do: Maintain and manage monthly and quarterly geotechnical safety readings through instrumentation and Excel data entry. Coordinate annual safety inspections across tenant facilities and common areas, including mapping and documentation of each inspection area. Perform manual scaling of ceilings and coordinate with maintenance staff as needed. Maintain communication with the mining consultant during site visits, work alongside geotechnical project contractors, implement safety programs as directed, and assist with general maintenance assignments.

    What you'll need: 2+ years of experience in a maintenance technician role, preferably in an underground or industrial environment. Familiarity with geotechnical safety readings, safety inspections and audits, and state compliance requirements is preferred. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed inspection records; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required, AutoCAD skills a plus. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to pass a government background check.
