What you'll do: Model cash flows in Argus and Excel, prepare Investment Committee and Board presentations, research and analyze market statistics, support due diligence, assist asset managers with leasing and long-term portfolio strategy, and help underwrite land acquisitions for ground-up development.
What you'll need: Bachelor's degree (June 2024 or earlier) in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred. Proficiency in Excel and Argus, understanding of cash flow analysis and time value of money concepts, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Link Logistics, a leading last-mile logistics real estate operator established by Blackstone in 2019, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations, tenant relations, and financial performance for an assigned portfolio of warehouse and business park properties.
What you'll do: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, inspect and maintain building systems and grounds, manage annual budgets and operating reports, negotiate vendor contracts, oversee capital expenditures, and support acquisition/disposition diligence. May supervise Assistant Property Managers and support staff.
What you'll need: 4+ years of property or building management experience, BA/BS in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Management preferred, proficiency in MS Office (Yardi strongly preferred), ability to interpret leases and property documents, and willingness to travel 50–70% to property and construction sites. Must be located near assigned properties with access to a personal vehicle.
