Dexter is a proud and excited graduate of the Spring 2025 REAP Academy Program. He is a seasoned professional with over 39 years of combined real estate brokerage, residential and commercial real estate, commercial credit and lending, finance, paralegal, and managerial experience. Dexter has a diverse career in the military, private industry, and federal government. He spent 22 years in the Army, retiring as a Master Sergeant. He also spent 18 years in the federal government in multifamily commercial real estate as a Financial Analyst and Property Compliance Manager. Presently he is a Real Estate Broker with Joe Stockdale Real Estate in Atlanta. Dexter is looking to expand his experience and service to clients in commercial real estate through multifamily brokerage and investment.
