Commercial Real Estate Developer & Appraiser Trainee | Lead Data & AI Strategist Atlanta, GA

I am a data-driven Commercial Real Estate Developer and Investor with 8+ years of hands-on experience in property acquisition, renovation, underwriting, and asset management, and 20+ years of leadership in data analytics, automation, and applied AI. My work focuses on affordable housing, workforce homeownership, Missing Middle infill development, and small-to-mid-scale commercial projects across Metro Atlanta and the Southeast.

I am a Project REAP 2025 alum, a graduate of the Grow America Supporting Empowered Emerging Developers (SEED) Academy, and a Build It Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Coaching Program participant (September–December 2025), sponsored by LISC Atlanta and implemented in partnership with the Center for Community Progress. Through this program, I received hands-on coaching in development finance, capital readiness, tax credit strategies, lender engagement, and municipal collaboration focused on attainable housing.

I am also a current Appraiser Trainee Scholar through the Appraisal Institute’s ADI program, building deep competency in valuation fundamentals, highest and best use analysis, and appraisal-informed development decision-making. I bring a rare blend of valuation, development execution, and advanced analytics, enabling me to structure lender-ready deals and assess risk across both private and public financing contexts.

I am actively open to partnerships and joint ventures with developers, appraisers, general contractors, and capital partners on commercial, mixed-use, and community-focused projects, including public-sector, nonprofit, and government-supported developments. I have experience operating within structured procurement and compliance environments and collaborating with municipalities, community lenders, and mission-aligned stakeholders.

I assemble multidisciplinary teams, lead feasibility and underwriting efforts, and translate complex financial and market data into actionable development strategies that balance economic viability with long-term community impact. I am bilingual in English and French and volunteer with Habitat for Humanity in Metro Atlanta.
