Jennifer Borrero is the Georgia Organizing Director for YIMBY Action, where she leads statewide advocacy to advance pro-housing policies and build cross-sector coalitions focused on affordability, zoning reform, and sustainable growth.

Since becoming a REAP alumna, Jennifer has pivoted her efforts to real estate development, focused on equitable housing in urban and international markets. Her development interests span multifamily, mixed-use, and community-owned housing models in both Atlanta and Mexico.

Prior to entering real estate, Jennifer worked in financial services at BlackRock. She holds an MBA and blends her background in finance, policy, and advocacy to build mission-aligned housing solutions that generate both impact and long-term value.
