Rronniba Johnson is a proud alumna of REAP Spring 2025, where she gained hands-on exposure to the site developments, selection and strategic planning process among other things. She currently serves as a Data Analyst at Altus Group, where she supports institutional clients in the valuation of single-family rental and multifamily assets.

Before entering the real estate industry, Rronniba worked in financial services at Ernst & Young (EY) in Boston, MA, where she served insurance clients through external audit engagements. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University, where she built a strong foundation in financial analysis, compliance and strategic reporting.

Over the next five years, Rronniba aspires to grow into a leadership role where she can influence capital allocation decisions, develop impact driven investment strategies and contribute to more sustainable real estate solutions. She considers real estate as both a career and a calling to empower others, drive economic mobility and leave a lasting legacy.
