Vaibhavi Dave is a graduate student in the Master of Science in Real Estate Development program at Thomas Jefferson University, where she is President of the Real Estate Club and a Dean’s Merit Scholar. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from CEPT University, India, and brings over four years of professional experience encompassing architectural design, project management, and leadership across India and the United States.
Her work spans diverse roles, including Project Architect at Case Design in Mumbai, where she led a hospitality project in Zanzibar focused on integrated sustainable strategies, and Assistant Valuer at Nihir Dave & Associates, delivering high-quality appraisals for various asset classes. As a co-founder and partner at CityLabs India, she has organized training workshops and research initiatives that enhance industry engagement and knowledge exchange. Vaibhavi’s commitment to responsible development is further evident in her hands-on internships at Heatherwood and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation(PIDC), as well as her research contributions under Professor Edgar Stach.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, and equipped with advanced skills in financial analysis, valuation, and sustainable development, Vaibhavi’s focus is on advancing real estate practices that deliver long-term value for both communities and investors.
