Project REAP congratulates Denine Attride on earning her prestigious CCIM designation in 2025, marking a significant milestone in commercial real estate excellence. A graduate of REAP Academy Atlanta 2016, Attride has built a distinguished career as a top-producing Associate Broker and Religious Property Specialist at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties.
Licensed in both Georgia and Florida, Attride maintains a dual practice in commercial and residential real estate, ranking among the top 9% of agents company-wide. Her specialized expertise in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of land and religious properties combines market insight with strategic marketing to deliver exceptional client results.
Attride's professional leadership extends through service on the 2025 Georgia CCIM Board of Directors, as Co-Chair of the GA CCIM Mentorship Program, and Co-Chair of the 2025 ACBR Forms Committee. Her achievements include multiple ACBR Million Dollar Club Awards, recognizing consistent excellence in transaction volume and client service.
