The REAP Academy is celebrating its 25th year of bridging the gap between talented, diverse professionals and the commercial real estate industry.  The Academy is designed to introduce commercial real estate terminology, concepts, and processes that can lay the foundation for a successful career in the commercial real estate industry, career advancement, or pivot.

The application window for the Spring 2024 academy has closed. Applications will be reviewed during the next few weeks by our independent screening committee. We anticipate notifying accepted applicants by March 1st.

There are two tracks from which a candidate may choose:

Hybrid: For candidates who reside in a Project REAP metro (i.e., Atlanta, New York, Washington, DC, Chicago, Columbus, Los Angeles, and Dallas) and are able to participate in the 7 weeks of virtual sessions and 3 weeks of in-person engagement in the current REAP markets. The in-person engagements are scheduled for the following dates: Thursday, April 25; Thursday, May 9; and Thursday, May 23, from 5:00-6:30 pm in each respective time zone.
