Associate Position

Project REAP (Real Estate Associate Program) is the nation's oldest organization committed to diversifying the commercial real estate talent pipeline for 25 years. Its mission is to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in the CRE industry through education, mentorship, and partnerships.

Job Overview: The REAP associate will coordinate written and digital content and support the executive and program directors in fulfilling Project REAP's mission.


Responsibility and Duties Content Coordination

  • Coordinate content from alum, sponsors, and REAP staff and distribute across REAP's digital platforms in partnership with REAP staff.

  • Collaborate with senior staff to coordinate content that resonates with REAP's audience and effectively communicates the brand.

  • Track and analyze content performance and make recommendations for content optimization.

  • Leverage writing skills to craft headlines, taglines, email campaigns, product descriptions, and other marketing materials that capture REAP's brand and resonate with the target audience.

  • Create graphics to be leveraged on REAP's website and social media platforms.

  • Coordinate the editorial process for various content types, including REAP's newsletter, blog posts, articles, social media posts, and website, in collaboration with senior staff,

  • Manage content calendar, ensuring REAP content is relevant, timely, and aligns with REAP's programming and brand.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the program director and executive director, including managing program calendars, arranging travel, and processing invoices and expenses.

Project Management:

  • Assist the program director and executive director with projects related to the program to ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Committed to a growth mindset and collaborative work

  • Bachelor's degree or at least five years of experience in a similar role

  • Experience managing, coordinating, and creating digital content

  • Strong writing skills

  • Highly organized and a problem-solver

  • A willingness to learn and grow in a position
